Description: Using the principles of the "Lightning Birds" and "Lightning Dash" jutsu, Arashi created a technique where he weaves both together. First, the user uses an action to release 10 Birds to fly in a stationary position anywhere in a radius of 10 meters, then the user can basically "blink" to the location of any of the birds as long as he is not farther than 10 meters from them. The birds will disappear once the user teleports to their position and can also be destroyed by attacks they last a maximum of 4 posts. after it is cast the technique can be used as a free action to move around. if none of the birds are destroyed it can be used up to 10 times.
