Function: Drawing upon a sealed supply of water the pipe can launch two separate attacks with an effective range of 25 meters.
Low-Pressure Shot: A stream like a firehose, knocks the target back 5 meters.
High-Pressure Shot: A razor-thin stream capable of cutting rock. It has extremely high penetrative power and treats defenses of the same rank as if they were a rank lower. The only exception is Earth Release ninjutsu which is naturally resistant to water.
This weapon is out of ammo once it launches 5 Low-Pressure Shots or 3 High-Pressure Shots, whichever happens first.
