Description: The user concentrates their chakra channeling it into a single stream of electricity which emanates from their body and shoot out at a target. The electrical currents swarm around their target, if successful, engulfing the targeted limb in the concentrated lightning. Upon contact the electrical current intensifies, the lightning wrapping around the limb as a continuous stream of lightning constricts the it holding it in place . These currents are able to home in and follow their target as long as the user holds a single hand sign for the remainder of the justu (otherwise the just ends prematurely). For every post this electrical current constricts its target an additional limb will fall to its effects, immobilizing them as the current spreads.
