Description: Lovely allure is a priceless quilt that is made to the specification of Hikari Usagi. Using the priceless quilt found, Binding/Manipulation Cloth, the user is able to change the properties of the cloth to meet their specifications. Color, measurements, and even shape are altered in order to meet their needs as it uses the chakra nourished from their body. From this supply of chakra, the user changes the properties of the cloak from a simple overall body fit outfit that goes from their neck area to their knees. The colors are various, but the neutral is a pure white, reflective of the Usagi Clan, and the back along the spin with three inches is the single sigiled seal that is used to bring the cloth to life and respond to the user’s Chakra.
Function: This silky cloth is very durable and deceptive! It seems thin and feels like silk along the fingers, but in reality, it is a strong and durable binding cloth that goes from one whole piece to thin ribbons. These thin strips are no less than four inches in total, and unravel from the user’s body leaving themselves at least connected to one part of their body to continuously siphon their chakra in order to activate and deactivate. The cloth can weave itself into sheets that can be stable before the user acting like a shield at times and cushion attacks if possible, but the user should be weary that since it is an item, when it takes hits that equals to its limit, it ceases working for the remainder of the thread due to the extensive damage. Even if the cloth may seem simplistic to fit along the body of someone like Hikari, in truth, it is large enough to provide an entire roll of binding cloth stretching to at least fifteen meters long and wide.
Abilities:
Ability 1:: The user can use the Jutsu technique Cloth Manipulation Technique by using the fabric from this item. This allows the user to purchase and use jutsu that also use the Clothing Manipulation Technique.
Ability 2:: The user is able to use the Cloth Manipulation Technique and any jutsu relative to this equipment and the jutsu as a precursor without the use of hand signs.
Ability 3:: The user must have Earth Release in order to channel this ability! Due to the properties of fine dirt used to treat the material and weather it, the material is able to nullify water-based techniques that are less than the grade of this item and take damage one grade less than the grade of the item if they are equal or higher (This factors in before factoring damage grade limitation for the weapon). When this item takes damage from a water-based technique or the user has been exposed to water elements of some kind, the user’s cloth is able to nullify the next Fire-based attack that is lower than its grade or take one grade less of damage if it is equal or higher to this weapon’s grade (This factors in before factoring damage grade limitation for the weapon).
