He had spent much of the last few days of travel heading off towards his target of the Kellen plains, having received the most puzzling of missions from the HQ. There were reports of the plains suffering unseasonable temperatures and snow fall, as well as large erratic foot prints throughout its region. The thought of frost giants or some demon of ice crossed gens mind as he trudged onward towards whatever this journey had to offer him.
He had brought with him cold climate survival gear and roughly two weeks of rations for a low cost of living based diet, mostly ingredients for millet, miso and bone broth soup, and some protein packed shakes that were meant for long distance travel. His body was adorned with a cloak bearing the Iwamura family crest with fur lining meant to keep him nice and comfortable as he went onward. A fishing pole and climbing axe adorned his travel pack on his back over the cloak. A bed roll and tenting kit contained within as well as roasting spit apparatus and kettle with a single bowl and a ladle and spoon.
He didn't need much for this journey but he had all that he would need to at least be on this trail long enough to gather something tangible and bring it back to his superiors. He was determined to see this through, even if what laid at the end of the trail was beast of immense strength. He saw it as his duty to defend others and this could be easily construed as protecting a large group of people.
