The user either sends out one meter of hardened thread at their opponent binding a limb on contact, or they activate a pre-existing hair senbon from the Spike shot technique making it wrap around a target limb. This makes doing intricate movements like hand seals difficult if the arm is affected, all the way to reducing movement speed by 2 MPP if the legs are affected. If multiple limbs are affected they user can then do a follow up cast of Koka-Ito: Shibari
