Description: The user creates a flow of paper from their body and performs hand seals to imbue the jutsu upon the paper. The paper swirls and swarms its target, lasting for up to 3 posts and able to chase down a moving target. To be able to chase after a specific target, the user must maintain holding the final hand seal during each post. If the jutsu touches its target, the paper clings and wraps around the target like a shroud made of paper and holds a limb immobile for the remaining duration of the jutsu, at its minimum holding a target for 1 post and at its maximum, holding a target for 3 posts. For every post the paper is attached to the target, it can immobilize one more limb.
