This mist will settle the same post it is formed, will create a 50 meter by 50 meter cube, and will last 3 post. The mist will be thick enough to block out vision up to 1 meter. Anyone, including the user, will be unable to see further than a meter from them. The mist will linger, allowing other jutsu to be used while it is active. A D-rank or higher wind jutsu can push the mist, with a C-Rank or higher wind jutsu blowing it completely away.
