Description: By completing a set of hand signs, the user will cause a light burst of wind to spring up from their feet, moving upwards in a circle around them. The gust of wind will move upwards from the ground to their head. The gust is not very strong, however is strong enough to lift things such as sand, dirt, dust and other loose particles. This can be used to create a small smoke screen or be used to create cover. The cover will last for 2 post and will cover a diameter of 10 meters. The gust can also be used to block very weak attacks, such as thrown weapons, kunai and shuriken. The burst of wind will knock them off path, sending them to the ground. When used this way it will only have an effect up to a meter from the users body.
