Description: A simple storm release jutsu that does not require hand signs. The User will coat there hand in chakra, then clap, creating a flashing effect emitting from their hands. As the hands strike together, or another surface, they will give off a 5 meter diameter flash, with the users hands as the origin point. This flash will deal no damage, however if anyone is looking directly at the flash, or in the direction of the flash, they will be blinded for their next post. Their vision will be filled with a white fuzzy sensation, and any attempt to see will be met with nothing but a white light. By the end of the effected person post, they will have regained their sight.
