Description: While holding the hand sign for the jutsu, the user can whistle. If the target hears the whistle while the sign is being held, they are now in the genjutsu. However, in order for the jutsu to trigger, the user can not be seen by the target. Once effected, the target will think everything is normal . However as they try to move, they will travel in a circle, moving around in the same exact location. They will think they are traveling and walking around like normal, without realizing they are basically walking in place. They will travel in a circle up to their MPP for the duration of the post. They will still see something new entering their vision, like a person or an animal.
