Description: The Shikigami technique allows the user to burst reams of paper out of their shoulder blades and form wings of paper shaped like traditional shikigami papers. These wings allow the user to fly at their current ranked movement speed so at C-Rank: You can move 5m Per Post, B-Rank: You can move 7m Per Post, A-Rank: You can move 10m Per Post, S-Rank: You can move 15m Per Post. This doesn't not add to your movement it just changes how it functions. These wings can also fire out a torrent of small paper shikigami at a target up to 20m away, once per casting of the jutsu, immediately ending it on use. These small paper shikigami deal piercing and slashing damage and get progressively more powerful as the casting rank increases.
