Description: A bukijutsu technique utilizing the Iaidou style. The user of this jutsu will take their blade, while still in its sheath or holster, pull it forth in an instant quick draw, deliver a very fast slash, and then return the blade to its resting place. This slash is very quick, allowing the user to pull the blade out, attack and return it all in one quick action. This attack is so quick it can even interrupt jutsu as they are being preformed. If you are within striking range of an enemy when you deliver this slice, the enemy can not use any jutsu that requires hand signs to block, dodge or defend themselves from the attack. If they try to preform a jutsu with hand signs the post after you deliver the slice, the jutsu will be interrupted and they will take the damage. This can not be used to prevent a jutsu after it has already been used the post before, and only acts to prevent jutsu from being used in response to the slice.
