1.) YOU CAN NOT INCREASE STATS, you cannot train them.. or buy higher stats.
That's probably where I got the idea from. Also, when I posted that, you hadn't put up diff stats for each rank.

And about that....Kage's are not really above S rank. So....why are they getting more stat points as if they were? I'm not feeling the fairness of that at all.

Statistic based characters are meaningless in Role Play; skill in prowess through comprehension should overcome. Leave it to Role Play, as statistical data constrict the progression of true character to a plateau, though that is my opinion.

Well I am going to work on a "Tier system" tonight. I will update this thread when its complete.

@The Hatian: I understand what you are saying. I am going to put a poll up and let people pick if they want stats or the flaws/extras system.

Why the hell is that every time I try to vote. The poll always says GET BACK BITCH YOU CAN'T VOTE? If, I could vote I'd go with option 2. Keep the SC.
I won't lie though. I am curious to see what your Tier system would look like, but why do all that work and we still don't like it? SC's may not be perfect, but hell they are still working. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
