Sunėkuaizu, Kiryuu [DONE]

Post by NoActualName on Sun Aug 12, 2012 6:03 pm

Name: Sunėkuaizu, Kiryuu
Nickname/Alias:
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Looks:

Spoiler:

The majority of people are often found to be surprised by his physical appearance whenever they first meet with the young man, no doubt expecting someone that appears more menacing judging from the tales that they have heard. And honestly, who could blame them? Whilst it isn't true that he's some ten foot monster, he does stand at an astounding height of 6'3" {190.5 cm} once he stands upright instead of his usual slouching down. And even though the supposed muscles that pulse and tear apart his shirt are non-existent, he is quite fit. Having a smooth layer of subtle muscles throughout the entirety of his body, gained only from his constant diligence in training. A rather large scar can be found going across vertically his chest, which isn't the result of some battle of epic proportions, but instead of an heart surgery that he received whilst he was still young. And also, about the rumour about him shaking the earth with every single step of his? Not true either. He however does weigh quite a lot for someone of his height, reaching a total of 190 lbs {86.18 kg}.

Looking past through his astounding physical stature, one would find several subtle oddities that he possesses. The first being... his pale skin. Whilst it isn't odd for someone possessing such skin, it is odd how it remains as such... especially if one is prone to stay outside quite often. Spending at the least 7 or so hours under the sun, one would at the least get some sort of tan. But not Kiryuu. The explanation is simple, he possesses poor blood circulation. Seeing as the blood doesn't circulate properly, it causes the skin to pale in response, as well become cold to the touch. The second oddity is his red coloured eyes, which is a phenomenon caused by the lack of a certain pigment called melanin. With those two oddities he is often mistaken for an Albino, which often frustrates him due to the countless times he had others categorize himself as such. His eyes typically have dark rings underneath them as a result of his chronic insomnia, and rarely will they ever get rid of those rings.

Kiryuu possesses light blonde coloured hair, which is kept at medium in length. Despite his appearance, Kiryuu takes great care of his golden-like hair. Being slightly obsessed by making sure that it remains in that exact length, and clean. His hair has a certain particular style, consisting of long streaks falling down, thinning as it reached its end and thus creating a sort of spiked-look. There are two long strands that are located to the side of his face, easily reaching his shoulders in length. Only a few strands which form the bangs are kept to their respective sides, while the majority are kept in the middle; though for the most part do not hinder his sight.

As for clothing Kiryuu does not typically change his attire of dress, unless of course he does so to accommodate for the change of climate during missions. His neck can be commonly seen being wrapped with a thick dark scarf, falling to his legs at the back, and at the front to his stomach; Kiryuu wears it despite what the weather is. Wearing gloves of the same color as his scarf, being extremely long in length. As for a shirt, he wears an oddly styled one, being blue in color with a trim being the same color as his scarf. A criss-cross binding is found on his chest, which is there to hold the scabbard for his blade located behind him. He wears cargo-like pants, being yet again the same color as his scarf, though has a golden streak going across it for style. And he wears shoes which match with his attire. His ninja headband is worn around his neck, symbolizing that he is a dog of the village; though hidden away by his scarf. Kiryuu possesses no tattoos, nor does he have any piercings, neither does he wish to get some.

Personality: The being dubbed as Kiryuu is best described with but a single word; that word being independent. His independence often makes him appear as cold and distant with the rest of humanity, preferring to be by himself than to be with a group of people. Though, despite all of that, he still manages to find himself to be surrounded by a vast amount of people due to his charismatic nature. Kiryuu is a rather intelligent being as judged from his manner of speech and as well as his time at the academy, despite not completing any assignments, as well as not truly paying attention to the teacher at the front of the class, he did surprisingly well in his academic life. Easily attaining and maintaining his marks whenever presented with a essay of what they've learned that year, though he had never done better nor worse. If he handed in whatever assignments they had on time, and chose to do all that was asked without any problems, he would've undoubtedly done better academically wise. But... he just didn't care. He didn't care about doing well. In a sense, he is a rather apathetic person. Hardly caring about anything in life, only truly seeking a sense of excitement. Some people are envious about his carefree attitude, and some are annoyed by it.

Above all, most people are astounded by his academic life. Despite not caring about his academic life, or of his responsibility as a promising shinobi, he does well nonetheless. Often being thought of as quite intelligent by his peers, though this intelligence is the by-product of his absurdly powerful memory. He has a huge amount of knowledge; however useless that knowledge may be. If you have a question, Kiryuu most likely already knows the answer. He absolutely detests how girls are treated differently than guys, sexism is something he loathes quite a fair amount. It doesn't matter what kind of sexism it is, he hates it. Whether the sexism works against or for the woman, he hates it. Simply for the reason, is that he finds it to be unjust towards the male population. He does understand why women get certain additional rights, such as maternity leave at work, but for the most part detests everything else. 'You can't hit a girl', 'It's alright, she's a girl."... that is a sure fire way of getting Kiryuu to dislike you. And especially those girls whom are arrogant about their 'rights'. And thus, he typically dislikes hanging around women, since they have a much easier time upsetting him; easily making him appear as misogynistic to others.

Another thing that he dislikes, are people who do as they're told by their friends, or by adults. Though its only when they follow the orders of a bully, or doing so to be accepted and to gain friends. He hates it since it reminds of how he was. He as well, dislikes... adults. He just can't tell why he does, but he dislikes them and thus causes trouble for them to sate his hate. He is typically seen eating food... an ungodly amount of it. Just like any other human being, Kiryuu of course has his own share of personality flaws. Whilst confidence in oneself is a good thing, too much of it however is not. Kiryuu is a being whom is over-confident in himself, believing himself to be vastly superior than others. A very arrogant individual, whom will often underestimate others; which of course could easily cause trouble for himself. That, and cause most people to despise him for his arrogant persona. And if that itself wasn't bad enough... he's a very resentful individual. No matter how harmless the joke may be, nor its intention, he will view you as an enemy. And it won't be for a short while either thanks to his absurdly powerful memory. A couple of years could roll by, and he will still hate you until he attains his revenge against whomever had wronged him so. And you can easily expect his revenge to be harsh, no one gets off easily when Kiryuu is after them.

Kiryuu is a cynical person, a being whom only notices the negative things in life. And believes it to be better than being an optimistic person, believing them to be delusional people whom cling unto nothing but blind faith. Kiryuu is an individual whom has more pride than it is good for. A prideful person, whom gets angry easily from being underestimated and the like. Whilst it is indeed a good quality for a person to have pride, Kiryuu boasts so much of it, that he easily becomes blind because of it. For example, allowing someone to power themselves to their maximum capacity, or unleash their ultimate techniques. Kiryuu is an highly spiteful person, which he does so quite frequently; be it for purposes of vengeance, cruelty, or just to annoy others.

Spoiler:
Fears:

  • HYPNOPHOBIA; Unknown to the rest of the population of Konoha, Kiryuu does feel fear despite how others view him as a fearless individual. These fears are as odd as are his goals, the first being... the fear of sleep. Technically, it isn't the action itself that Kiryuu fears, but rather the dreams that come with it. Well, the nightmares actually. Whilst the state of unconsciousness disturbs him, therefore the lack to effectively protect himself from others, the nightmares that plague him every single time he falls asleep are what he fears the most. The nightmares tend to be rather intense, easily causing him to sweat, mutter words of cowardice or of hate, and flail around in his sleep; violently. Upon being released from the grasps of his nightmares, his bed is often drenched with his sweat, and the sheets are ripped from him flailing around in his sleep. If that weren't enough to explain the intensity of it all, his hand is always outstretched, reaching for the ceiling before waking up... in a strangling motion; as if to kill whatever was in his nightmares. Due to this fear, he is an insomniac. Rarely falling asleep of his own accord.

  • CATAPEDAPHOBIA; Similarly, much like the previous fear, he keeps it outside of the knowledge of others. And he does so very well, for the most part. Catapedaphobia, is the irrational fear of jumping down from a certain height; despite whether it be from an high or low place. The fear itself should not be confused with Acrophobia; the fear of heights. Kiryuu has absolutely no problem with walking around in high places, or even looking down below. The only thing he would not normally volunteer to do, would be to jump down. And the altitude doesn't matter, he just won't do it. The only times that he truly wouldn't care to jump down, would be when jumping down from a height of less than a foot. Anything more, and he wouldn't be able to bring himself to execute the jump. If he tries, he'd awkwardly move forward. Prepare to jump by lowering his body, gathering strength in his legs. And THEN, he would go back up. Claiming how jumping is only a waste of energy, and how it may harm him. Then he'll proceed to get down normally, via stairs or through some other way.

Goals:

  • FREEDOM; The typical dreams or goals of any average teenager, typically consists of either becoming rich, famous, or finding true love. However, he claims that he has absolutely no interests in such 'worthless' goals. And when asked for what his are... one would be shocked by how unusual his answer is; especially in the case of adults. Above all else, he deeply desires for what he refers as 'True Freedom'. He constantly seeks it, wanting to attain it... no matter what the costs may be. The reasons behind such a desire are simple. He wants to break off the chains which society had put on him. Those chains grew heavier with every passing day, until eventually he had became overwhelmed with the fear of losing himself. Being part of a high class family, he had often been told to act as such. Thus he never had the option of doing whatever he wanted. Since when he had became a teenager, the accumulated emotions gained from such a neglected childhood, were burst out with the imbalance of hormones. As such, he is now referred as a 'rebel', doing whatever he desires... despite whether those desires causes troubles to others or himself.

  • EXCITEMENT; There are two different kinds of people, those whom find comfort in leading dull, peaceful lives... and those whom seek chaotic, exciting lives. Kiryuu is of the latter. Whenever one is subjugated to following orders, never doing anything for oneself during the entirety of their lives... excitement is greatly sought after by those individuals. But despite his desire for excitement, he rarely ever experiences it. Which explains the nearly constant apathetic face shown to others, devoid of any actual will; often being compared as lifeless. He requires a much more stimulating sense of excitement than other people, often these things are highly risky... often being illegal; some which may be referred as morally wrong by others. He adores everything about the feeling of excitement, the sweat, the adrenaline, the happiness, the loud thumping of his own heart... it is only then, that he can feel as if he is truly alive; which is why he doesn't care about how he obtains that emotion of his.

Elite

History:

It had been the 18th of October when Kiryuu had been brought out into the world; a world of war and chaos. And of all the bad luck in the world, Kiryuu had been born in the land of fire; which was the most perilous location on the face of the planet, constantly getting attacked by the other four hidden villages. And if getting constantly attacked by others hadn't been bad enough, Kiryuu had been born with a rather severe heart condition; though as if God had given mercy to Kiryuu, he had been born as the son of a daimyō. Bearing a high social status, he and his family were protected from the ravages of war... by the sacrifices of shinobi and citizens alike. Despite Kiryuu being born innocent as one may be, he had already been stained by the blood of others. But there had been no doubt that Kiryuu would die from the constant conflict between the nations, seeing as he was unable to freely move. A few medical shinobi were always kept near the boy, repairing any bodily damages that he had, whilst they monitored the machines that were keeping him alive. And it continued in that way until a suitable donor had appeared, which hadn't happened for the longest time seeing as Kiryuu had a rare blood type.

With such a situation, there had been no possibility of survival. The land of fire had been overwhelmed by the military forces of the other nations, it wouldn't have been long until the land had been overtaken by the harbingers of death. And then, he would die. But despite everything that had been going on, they had at last found salvation... saviours! Ironically, their saviours were the infamous group of missing shinobi dubbed as 'Akatsuki'. Reluctantly, the Leaf had allied themselves and have turned the tides of war, chasing out their enemies from their land. Though despite their alliance, not all were pleased to have given all power to Akatsuki; in particular the daimyō. They had won the war, but they had given up too much in order for them to become victorious. The daimyō would not stand for such a thing, and he became obsessed by his thoughts of recapturing the land as his own. Instilling his ideals and hopes to Kiryuu, wanting him to become the leader of the revolution against Akatsuki in the future. And in order for that to become a possibility, Kiryuu would need to survive until his heart can be replaced by that of another.

It had been a long time since the land of fire came to be under the rule of Akatsuki, and the citizens were in much more peaceful times than they had been during the time of war that they were in nine years ago. Though the ones whom still suffer continually would be those whom had power over the land, though now lost to the clutches of Akatsuki. The one whom lost the most would be... Kiryuu's father; Saito Sunėkuaizu. A daimyō that was once a peace loving man, simply keeping order as ruler over the land of fire... and when his role had been taken away... he had changed tremendously. Whenever a man had lost everything that he deemed important, he would stop at nothing in order to get everything back. Consumed by his greed for power, he awaited impatiently for Kiryuu to obtain that new heart of his, hoping that his boy will bring honour and power back to the Sunėkuaizu family. The daimyō grew to be frustrated with how long it had been taking to find a suitable donor, and with every day spending still, closer to death, the further his dreams of regaining authority went out of his grasp. And with that... he had kidnapped children that were around his age. With the aid of a somewhat sadistic medical shinobi, tested their blood types until they had found a compatible one... and well... killed them all, and transplanted the heart. Which of course Kiryuu was unaware of where he had gotten the heart from... though had been hurt emotionally when they had said that he had no need for the 'trash' of a heart he had been born with.

Now that he no longer required the need of a medical shinobi to continuously heal his damaged body, nor having the need to be attached and monitored by machines... Kiryuu, for the first time in his life... was able to truly live. Being strapped down to a bed, and being tormented with chronic pain throughout the entirety of his body, drugged up with vast amounts of medicines... and now no longer. It was a great sense of freedom, making him think that perhaps enduring all of the pain that he had was worth it, for this moment of total bliss. Though the life he would lead by the orders of his father, would be greatly different from what he had envisioned from the tales that the medical shinobi often told him when he was younger. Despite having been born with a strong body, he had weakened quite severely as he laid bedridden for all these years. And thus, he had to be rehabilitated in order to rid himself of the weak body he now had. He had his father oversee his training schedule, which primarily consisted of basic exercises such as push-ups, running, and the like. His training had been consistent, only becoming more difficult and complex as months had rolled on by. After two years had passed, the 11 year old boy was now a fine example of a shinobi. A strong body gained only from both genetics and diligent training, and skills that were taught by other old aged leaf shinobi that held the same dreams as his father.

During the time period of those two years, he had matured at an astounding rate; both physically and mentally, however more so mentally. He had grown to become rather devoid of any form of expression concerning his emotions, only learning that it is better to obey his father's orders. His father had always been harsh towards Kiryuu, and thus he had to numb his feelings down quite a significant amount in order to appease to him. Seeing as he was still yet but a mere child, one whom wanted to be simply loved by his parents. Kiryuu at that times often confused his father's pride in himself as a form of love, and thus did his best to exceed every expectation that he had. He had rarely ever seen his mother, only meeting her once every while whenever his father wanted something of her. And thus he had never gotten any true form of love, causing him to have that odd personality of his, disliking authority from any other than from his parents as he had done so to be loved. Apathetic to the many things that life itself offers, and his odd way of thinking things through. With his exceptional physique, and his understanding of how chakra works, he had graduated from the academy in only but a year when he had applied. Being regarded as a prodigy by others, he had instantly made it to a team and was sought out by most Jounins to have. Though much to everyone's surprise... he never stuck around in a single squad for long. Typically he'll remain in one squad for a short time before he either gets kicked out or moved to another. The issue was that others often felt very uncomfortable around him, and thus eventually replaced by another due to the enormous amount of complaints.

And as such, this had only amplified his feeling of being unwanted by the people of the world. Which had only worsened his demeanour towards life and all of its inhabitants. And thus, he became rather cruel as a means of retaliation. And with how he had been hurt, with how everyone had always rejected him for whom he was... he avoided getting close to anyone, often purposely causing others to dislike him as a means of protecting his rather fragile emotions. And thus, he had only worsened and became much more easy to get manipulated by his father into ridding the Akatsuki. And he had spent years living like this, shifting from squad to squad until there would finally be one which could deal with how he is, and thus he had never managed to be able to participate in the Chuunin exams. Allowing him to attain a great amount of techniques despite being but a mere Genin. Being more proficient in the use of Genjutsu and Kenjutsu than in any other form of combat arts, his style of fighting had became just as odd as he is as well. Proving to be exceptionally potent during combat as most are rather weak against the illusionary arts, especially more potent with a blade being swung constantly and thus most new Jounins are often interested in him, either from how he acts, or of his skills as a potentially powerful shinobi. And as a secretive personal mission of his and his father, he is currently attempting to become close to the Hokage/Akatsuki Leader and find some way of managing to utterly destroy the being. Hopefully, there won't be much knowledge concerning the ex-king and the fallen prince of the land of fire.

{More to be added as his official rank rises}

Equipment

Weapons
Spoiler:

Name: Noisemaker; Vexus
Amount: 1
Type: Longsword; Zweihänder

Appearance: Vexus is the first of Kiryuu's highly odd "Noisemaker" weapons, a series of blades of varying sizes, types, and much heavier than mere normal ones. The Noisemaker series possess the special characteristic of creating noise as they are swung. Vexus is categorized as a longsword of the series, reaching a monstrous length of 5.9 feet {179.83 cm}, and bearing four times the weight of an average longsword, monstrously weighing 13.2 lbs {5.98 kg} instead of the usual mere 3.3 lbs {1.5 kg}. Due to the monstrous weight of the blade, most others, especially those whom have mastered the longsword, are unable to wield Vexus with their usual skill since they are often used to dealing with the light-weighted counterparts. Usual swordsmen would require to hold Vexus with both hands, however Kiryuu is able to do so with a single one; though obviously being able to strike with more strength if he uses both. Vexus had been created with the use of a dark type of metal, and as a Zweihänder, Vexus is double-edged and the core of the blade is straight bladed. However, there are many minuscule shards of whatever material had been used to create Vexus sticking out, possessing barely any space between each shard. Between the shards are a bunch of minuscule holes. Granting it a visible spiky look, as if it were scales. Due to its scales, Vexus is typically used to shred with whatever it comes into contact with as it is far more easier than it is to cut.

As for how it came to be dubbed as a "Noisemaker", Vexus much like the rest of his brothers and sisters, is able to create sound by using a complex system in the interior of the blade. His particular way is... amplifying vibrations. The inner mechanism of Vexus is a series of hollow tubes, best imagined as pipes. These pipes are great ways of gathering vibrations whenever Vexus had been swung, and is able to gather vibrations even if Vexus hadn't been able to hit anything and only swung air, gathering vibrations... by air currents. When Vexus had gathered vibrations, they are stuck within the blade as they go back and forth throughout the entirety of the blade until they are released by an outburst of the user's chakra. As such, these vibrations begin to grow in sound as they continuously get added and kept within the blade. And with a monetarily burst of the user's chakra, Vexus releases all of these vibrations outward and depending on how long they were stored in, the louder the sound. As such, the vibrations can be released whenever swung at the opponent in mid-swing, being enough to use it as a medium for the user's Genjutsu. Though of course there would be barely enough noise in that case, and thus impossible to affect large crowds; hence why the blade needs to be 'charged' in order to use Genjutsu to affect numerous individuals.

One Swing: Lets out a faint noise, only being able to be used whenever swung close to an individual.
Two: Lets out a slightly louder noise, being able to affect someone a foot away from where it had been swung.
Three: Noise comparably loud as if speaking to someone, affects those from two feet away from the initial swing.
Four: Very loud, three feet.

*And so on, becoming louder and affecting those further away. Resetting back to nothing whenever released and thus needs to be swung more in order to create noise.*

Rank: B
Special Abilities: Creates a sound, which is often used as a medium for the user's Genjutsu.

Origin: The origin of the weapon dubbed as Vexus, and the origin of all of the Noisemaker series trace back to a certain blacksmith by the name of Shishi. Shishi had always been a loyal subject to the daimyō due to how he had been treated well whenever times were difficult, and thus even when the daimyō had fallen from grace, he remains loyal to this very day. And thus whenever he had been asked for a blade that befits a master of the arts of Genjutsu, and with that brilliant mind of his, he had created Vexus.

Techniques

Academy Techniques
Spoiler:
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Range:10m away from original place.
Element: N/A
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Name: Henge no Jutsu
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Range:N/A
Element: N/A
Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Range:N/A
Element: N/A
Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Range:N/A
Element: N/A
Description: A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.

Name: Genjutsu Kai
Rank: E-S
Type: Ninjutsu
Range:10m (Genin) 50m (S-Rank)
Element: N/A
Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: N/A
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Name: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
Rank: N/A
Type: Ninjutsu/Chakra Control
Range: N/A
Element: N/A
Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking
Rank: N/A
Type: Ninjutsu/Chakra Control
Range: N/A
Element: N/A
Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique
Rank: N/A
Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Depends on wire
Element: N/A
Description: Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.

Genjutsu
Spoiler:

Name: Inaudible Surroundings
Rank: D
Range: Varies
Type: Genjutsu
Element: N/A
Handsigns: N/A
Description: As the name of the genjutsu implies, it causes victims to become temporarily death after a short while after that the genjutsu had been cast upon them. Upon entering the genjutsu via eyesight, one would fall victim to the technique which starts off by distorting the sound gradually before the victim ends up ultimately becoming death. There are numerous reasons as to why such a technique had been created by Kiryuu, the first and foremost reason is that it keeps others from hearing a conversation that should remain between Kiryuu and someone else. It could also be used in order to keep opposing forces from communicating with one another, or to allow Kiryuu to remain undetected and thus able to ambush or sneak past enemies. After the genjutsu had been used, sound automatically starts to distort and the victim will fall death upon the 3rd post when this technique is used. Returning back to normal after 2 posts have passed since the state of being death. Though as a negative effect, getting caught into genjutsu that use sound as a medium is impossible.

Name: Amplified Surroundings
Rank: D
Range: Varies
Type: Genjutsu
Element: N/A
Handsigns: N/A
Description: The genjutsu does the exact opposite of the 'Inaudible Surroundings" technique, allowing sounds to be amplified by a significant amount upon becoming trapped within the genjutsu. In the case of Inaudible Surroundings being already activated on the opponent and then having this technique used upon them, it automatically returns the victim's hearing back to normal and thus isn't typically used until the victim had experienced the full effect. Just like its opposite, once the target had been caught in the genjutsu via eyesight, the opponent would fall victim to the gradual augmentation of surrounding sounds and will have a very difficult time hearing things properly; such as general talking. And thus this technique is preferred to be used over Inaudible Surroundings whilst in public such as in a tavern, as loud chatter is highly less suspicious than no chatter whatsoever. This technique can also be used in order to distract others by making objects thrown be extremely loud whenever they land, and then thus allows the user to sneak on by and do whatever he wants. The use of this technique in a combat situation would be to effectively allow the Noisemaker series weapons to go up by a rank in their noise making abilities, thus those whom would ordinarily only be able to be heard by a foot away, would be able to affect by being two feet away instead. This technique may be even used in order to boosts the user's hearing, though of course would make the user susceptible to loud noises. Sound amplification last for approximately 2 posts.

Name: Vision Issues
Rank: C
Range: Varies
Type: Genjutsu
Element: N/A
Handsigns: N/A
Description: This particular genjutsu is one that primarily hinders the target's sight, and thus its most commonly used during combat scenarios. The technique is activated via eyesight, hindering the victim's eyesight by screwing with their depth perception, rather than making them blind or seeing inversely. With the victim having their depth perception altered, they will have a much more difficult time with judging the distance of attacks used against them, as well greatly reduce their accuracy with their very own techniques. Due to the rather spontaneous use of the technique, such as whenever a kunai knife or shuriken is thrown towards the opponent, it is rather subtle and often enough won't be detected until it is too late to do anything about it. Though the technique itself does not last long, only lasting for but a mere 1 post before the target's vision returns to normal. The technique also immediately ends whenever the target is inflicted with pain, such as for example the thrown kunai knife. Upon being thrown into the genjutsu, the victim shall start by seeing stationary objects move slightly from left to right, then getting double vision, and then will their depth perception be off. And thus they will usually walk as if they were a drunken sailor, seeing as they believe the very ground itself is moving.

Name: Phantom Assemblage
Rank: B
Range: Varies
Type: Genjutsu
Element: N/A
Handsigns: N/A
Description: The technique 'Phantom Assemblage' is one whom plays a trick on the target's vision; though doesn't blind, inverse or anything of the sort. Instead... duplicates. Upon looking at the eyes of the user, the target becomes trapped within a genjutsu which creates identical copies of the user. This technique is purely visual and thus creating a single copy of the user uses up little to no chakra whatsoever. Thus the technique may make an hundred copies of the user and still only use up a B-Rank jutsu worth of chakra. As the technique is purely visual, the clones have no possible means of being capable of attacking the target, as they would phaze through as if they were liquid. As such, they aren't restrained from moving as if they were people, being capable of hiding themselves under the ground or within a tree and passing through objects. The true fearsomeness of this technique is that it is truly a great distraction. The user is capable of hiding themselves amongst the crowd of phantoms and attack the victim at their blind spots, thus creating paranoia whenever a phantom attacks, making it very effective on wearing the opponent down as they will often make unnecessary movements. The effectiveness could be furthered by throwing a shuriken or kunai knife as the phantoms 'attack' and thus may confuse the opponent for which is the real one. Or throwing an attack through the clone which is blocking their vision and thus have a much easier time getting a hit against the opponent. It is also able to effectively cause the user to escape as the opponent would typically have no idea which is the real one. As the clones have chakra, the sharingan is unable to see where the real one is, as they all have chakra signals.

The weakness of the technique is that simply closing ones eyes and judging where the real one is by sound alone, or simply using a technique that affects a large area at once. The technique can last for 3 posts, though may last another 3 posts if the user would sacrifice the same amount of chakra, and so on.

Everything looks good, you don't have any genjutsu to let you know. We do allow genin to start out with some jutsu besides academy. I believe you can have 9 C rank and one B rank. Also:

Name: Luck or Skill?

On this extra I want it to be clear. I can be used in RP thread, missions and fun topics. But I don't want to see it in actually plot threads or death matches. As it has a potential to lead to meta gaming. I think its a great ability to create humorous character development, so I am going to allow it. But I will be watching how you use it.

I can approve you now or let you add some genjutsu the choice is yours.

I've added a few genjutsu, not exactly keen on the idea of putting some more for now.

These hint to sound genjusu which is banned. Make the edits or remove them.

I could be over looking this part, but where exactly does it explain what the trigger is. All genjutsu require a trigger.
