Nagi: The snake of Death

Hirashi is the most happy when he is training in the way of the sword. Since the thinks the art of the sword is the most beautiful art there is in the world. Since it is something that is not only beautiful, but it is also deadly. This making it something that is very spectacular to Hirashi. This is because since a young age Hirashi has seen the art of weaponry something that was very spectacular.

When Hirashi is happy most of the time you will find him smiling and laughing at almost everything that is slightly funny. Some even say that when Hirashi is in a good mood that he has a glow around him that affects everyone else. This is because when Hirashi is happy he is always up going and doing all different things and just having fun. Since living life to its fullest is something that he enjoys very much.

Though Hirashi's Felling of Happiness can easily go away. Since Hirashi tends to be easily pissed off by people most of the time. Since he has a lot of small pet peeves that tick him off in a heartbeat most of the time. One of the biggest ones is when people insult the art of the sword. Since the Sword is Hirashi’s life. Hirashi also gets ticked off when people insult those that are friend and family of Hirashi. Since his friends and family are very close to him. But of all things Hirashi hates it when people insult his village. Though some people do not see why. As Hirashi left his village and has yet to go back to it.

The feeling of happiness tends to come back to Hirashi when he is practicing his sword skills. Or when he is with the people that he holds closes to him. Like his friends and family that he care about very dearly. This is because Hirashi is one to make bonds for life, since when he makes bonds they tend to stay for life unless there is something that can break the bond.

Hirashi is mad when people disrespect the things that he cares about. These things being the art of the sword and the people that Hiroshi cares about. But mainly when people disrespect Hirashi’s home village, which is something that Hiroshi loves very dearly. When Hiroshi is mad he tends to have a dark aura about him. Since when he is mad he is very serious and always at the top of his guard.

When Hirashi is mad he takes everything very serious. Meaning that joking with him is something that should not be done. While mad Hiroshi tends to be very aggressive towards most people. Hiroshi is a very un lazy person. Since Hiroshi tends to work for everything he gets, and is always busy training to become a better ninja.

Hirashi’s will come’s from his drive to keep his village a great village and surpass the previous kage that was his father. But Hirashi also is driven by the fact that he wants to prove himself to his father and show that he will become something great. Hirashi also fights for his village and those that he loves and respects. Since Honor and respect is something that is very big with Hiroshi. Which is something that make him fight for the cause of good. And so Hirashi will always fight and stand up for what he trust in. And even though Hirashi has left the village of Suna o that he may find his own path he still will fight for it will all he has.

-Bloodline Description:

Body

The members of this clan have a unique body it's very different from that of a human body. They are able to manipulate their bones. This allows for them to move their bones to different parts of the body thus making themselves bigger, smaller, and even with no bones at all. Because of this, the clansmen’s are like snakes. They have even come to be able to transform their bodys into that of large snakes. Their bodies become boneless thus can stretch up to long ranges and move faster than normal humans while in snake form. In this snake form they look exactly like a snake thus they have bodies like a snake. This is similar to Orochimaru's technique when he transform into the large snake. As the user ranks up the user will be able to increase his own body length in human form as well as their snake form. So in every point of their lives they are growing every rank up. A genin will be only able to manipulate his bones to somewhat extend his body longer, though they aren't able to transform their bodies parts into snakes. A chuunin will be able to 'draw out' his bones out of his body to turn his whole body boneless and become like a snake. Their bodies are very scaly like a snake, and will approximately have a length of about 7 feet long. In normal human form they will be an average height of about 6'2. A Jounin will have the same as the chuunin abilities except that it will have a length of about 12 feet long. And in human form he will be about 6'7. Because their bodies are very scaly when they are hurt they are able to regenerate and cover minor wounds. This means basically wounds that you would put small bandages on. ( because they can re arrage their bones, they are able to make their bodies stretch to long ranges)

Poison

Another very common of the clansmen of this family is their blood. Their blood are different. Meaning their blood has a very large portion of poison in it (snake Poison). Just like snakes they are able to pass this poison on their bodies throughout their teeth. Because of that any clansmen are immune to any poison that is used against them. A simple bite from any clan member of this clan can be fatal. An academy student poison would take about 8 post of medical treatment on the person to extract the poison and it will take about 8 minutes for the poison to kill. Some other genin who bit someone else would need to have about 5 post of medical treatment to extract the posion and would take about 5 minutes to kill. A chuunin 7 post of medical treatment and would take about 3 . And a Jounin poison can take about a minute before it goes though the whole body. After this poison gets throughout your whole body it cannot be extract in time thus causing death to whomever has been bit. Though not all clan members have the same poison. As some of the people have different poison effects. Like some members of the clans poison might have a stunning effects while others may be a deadly poison. (Each clan member will need to make their own poison)

Manipulation

Because members of the clan are so close to snakes in many ways. They are able to manipulate snakes. More often they have them connected to their bodies and use them as weapons. The reason they have some snakes with them is because when they are little their blood cells are mixed with that of snakes blood cells. Since then they have snake characteristics as well as some snakes can even possible grown inside their bodies. They use these snakes to attack by taking them out from their sleeve etc. This is similar to what Orochimaru and Kabuto do with their snakes.

Description: A ninjutsu technique that helps them very much in every occasion. because they have almost every characteristic of a snake. They are able to use their tongue to gather particles from the air to locate enemies that are around the area via heat. They are able to locate an enemy that is about 20 feet from himself.

Description: After performing a hand sign the user will be able to stretch their necks up to a long range close to their opponents. They are able to stretch out limbs or any part of their bodies to reach to opponents or to bind them. An academy student would be able to strecth any part of their bodies to about 4 feet longer. A genin is 6 feets, chuunin would be 10 feets and A rank would be about 15 feet in length. An S rank would be able top stretch up to about 20 feets.

Description: A Heboushi clan technique. This technique its used without the use of hand signs. Just like the replacement technique the user will be able to replace himself with any other snake nearby. The snake must be on sight from the user, and one can only replace himself up to about 50 meters away from his current location.

Description: After peforming the neccesary hand signs the user will manipulate snakes to form into clones made out of snakes. As usual this clone its very different and can be seen that it is different. The clone has just a little less strength than the user and can pack punches and kicks. After the clone is hit about the least of 2 times the clone will release long snakes from it attaching to the opponent in contact or upon dispersion. THe snake will gather around them and tie them up.

Description: . After peforming the necessary hand signs the user will summon two large snakes that length in about 10 feet from his sleeve. The snakes will shoot out aiming for their opponent. Upon contact they will wrap around the opponent and squeeze them cutting their air away and causing breathing problems. The snakes will then carve their long sharp teeths on anything they can catch as much as they can. (Note not an actual summon just the taking of snakes growing in the body)

Description: A jutsu that the user will spit out several small needles. These needles are dipped on the clansmen own posion and are very fatal. After the needle is carved into the opponent skin the posion will travel around the body for a day maximum, if the posion isn't extracted at that point the person will die. This also causes 5 post of paralyzation to the opponent. A clansman is able to shoot up to 30 needles up to 10 meters away. These needs are made up of a solid poison in the body that do not take the natural poison of the user. And once a person is hit by the needle the poison will start to expand to the whole body paralyzing them.

Special Abilities: The Dragon Katana's are very unique. Birth dragon is able to phase threw solid objects when Hirashi puts his chakra into it(A). This makes it perfect for going threw things like armor. Though some armor that have chakra abilities are able to stop it. Young dragon's special ability that when it is swung sends out waves of fire. By Hirashi channeling his chakra into it he may also send a burst of fire at targets(Chakra amount varies on size). And Legend Dragon the last of the 3 swords is able to expand it self to up to 20 meters. It will move at 35 mph when it is changing its size
Origin: These three swords were special made by a blade master in a strange land of grass. It is unknown who the blades were made for. Because before the blades could make it to there owner the delivery boy would be killed and the swords would be taken by 3 bandits each banded took one sword. And so during Hirashi's time traveling in other lands he would come across the 3 bandits and kill them and take the sword.

The Kunai is a ninja's dagger, made of iron and colored black. White taping is wrapped around the grip for a strong grip, and is only non-metal part of the weapon. The blade is more or less shaped like a diamond, long and thin, sharp on the edges. Lastly is the ring on the butt of the handle, where wire can be threaded through. The entire weapon is ten inches long, but the blade is six of those inches.

Descriptions: The kunai is one of the most common ninja tools seen throughout the world, used almost by all. It is a black dagger designed for thrusting and stabbing, though it can still do some damage if thrown despite not being designed for it. One very common strategy is to attach an explosive tag to the end of the kunai, creating a dangerous projectile.

The Shuriken is a sharpened, four-pronged, iron throwing star, colored black. They are small and can easily fit between one's knuckles, and they have a hole through the center that is useful for grabbing the stars with a finger without cutting oneself. From point to opposing point, the shuriken is four inches long.

Descriptions: The Shuriken are made to be thrown to pin down and even prove fatal to enemies if thrown in the right areas. Their aerodynamic design allows them to travel farther than Kunais when thrown, and have the unique capability to 'ride' on the wind like a boomerang, allowing an experienced weaponry user to curve their projectile when thrown correctly.

Senbon are thin silver iron needles that are incredibly discreet; the assassin's tool. They have a point on both ends that is razor sharp, and is so thin that it's difficult to see, especially when in flight.

Descriptions: These weapons are small, making them very difficult to spot, moreso when in flight. But it goes beyond that with its thin design; they are virtually silent to the normal human ear, and with their aerodynamics can travel faster and farther than shuriken or kunais. The drawback is that they have very little killing power. It takes a weapons master or somebody with knowledge on the right spots to hit with the needles for them to be especially effective.

Ninja Wire is an incredibly thin steel wire specially made for combat. It is nearly as thin as a human hair, making it very difficult to spot. However, it catches the light incredibly well, causing it to be one of the wire's main weaknesses.

Descriptions: This wire may be almost as thin as a human hair, but is still durable enough to perform a variety of tricks such as rappelling, manipulating weapons, setting traps, or binding and restricting the movements of an opponent. Simple weapons such as kunais, senbon, and shuriken take time to cut through the wire, and raw strength is very ineffective against break the wires. However, this wire is susceptible to the Rope Escaping Technique taught to Academy Students.

An unorthodox looking item to be considered a weapon, the Explosive Tag is arguably the most powerful weapon in the academy student's arsenel. It is a 3 by 6 inch piece of paper with a red border and a kanji seal on one side known universally as the explosive seal.

Special Abilities: Having been infused with chakra during creation, the tag is merely a medium for the explosive seal to activate, which unleashes a fiery explosion one meter in diameter, consuming the tag and seal in the detonation. This seal can either be activated with a one-handed snake seal, or by manually lighting the tag on fire. It takes five seconds for the tag to explode once lit by fire.
Descriptions: On the side of the tag opposing the seal, there is an light adhesive layer that allows the tag to stick onto a variety of surfaces, or otherwise the tag can be attached to the end of throwing weapons. They will explode even in the rain and water, though their range and effectiveness will be cut in half. If the seal is severed or destroyed prematurely, the ability cannot be activated.

Makibishi are small, incredibly sharp objects that look like a flat metal square had been bent at a curved ninety degree angle. When they are thrown they tend to land in a way where there is always a sharp tip pointing upwards. They are capable of piercing two inches up off the ground.

Descriptions: Makibishi are considered a makeshift trap, meaning to be thrown in large groupings along the floor to create a small field of spikes. They are strategically used to inhibit someone from walking in a certain direction or area, since they would injure the ninja's feet if they tried to walk over them. They are razor sharp, and durable enough to pierce through all types of fabrics and footwear, excepting hardwood, metal, and rock.

The smoke bomb is a small spherical bomb with a multitude of yellow strips wrapped around it. It is light and feels as though it is hollow. The ball itself is made of plastic, and the entire thing is one and a half inches in diameter.

Descriptions: The smoke bomb is a small utility bomb which explodes upon a heavy impact (such as being thrown at the ground). It releases either a cloud of gray or white smoke that spans two meters in every direction very swiftly, and expands a meter in diameter for each post after the initial. At the beginning of the fourth post, the smoke begins fading and completely disappears by the end of the post. Normal human eyes can see only one foot through the smoke, and if inhaled causes minor irritation of the throat. Primarily, this is used to hinder the vision of opponents or conceal themselves when performing an attack or maneuver.

Modeled after the base of the smoke bomb, flash bombs look like a small spherical object wrapped up in brown paper. However, it dons the kanji seal for 'light' on its surface. It is slightly bigger than the smoke bomb, being two inches in diameter.

Special Abilities: Having been infused with chakra during creation, the bomb utilizes this chakra to unleash a blinding bright light over a short duration, consuming the tag and seal in the detonation. Personality: Naga is very calm for the most part always thinking things through before he acts. Though Naga does tend to have a very fiery attitude as he does not always get along with the choices that Hirashi makes. This is because Naga feels that Hirashi could be smarter and make better choices. But since Hirashi is his master Naga still goes along with his plans and ideas. But when it comes to other people Naga tends to have a cold personality as he is not much of a people person.
Background: Asp was born from inside of Hirashi making him a part of his internal self. Though not all the details of Nagi's birth and how he came to been is known.

Name: Wings of Naga

Description: Naga is able to construct his bones so that he is able to sprout wings. These wings will allow for Nagi to fly around and fly up to speeds of 80 mph



History: Hirashi was born in suna during the time his father was one of the leaders of the village.
Birth
And so shortly after Hirashi was born his father would start to prepare for Hirashi's future. Since he was sure his son could become a great ninja like himself. And so his father Oda would go to try and find a way to teach his son to be a great ninja like himself. And so after a while

Academy
The Academy at first was hard for Hirashi. Since most of the kids where scared of him. Since Hirashi tended to have a dark aura about him. So people tended to stay away from him. And though Hirashi did not like that all the other kids were scared of him he would come to get use to it and not let it affect them in the academy. Since he was sure that if he could learn to show people that he was a good kid that he would be able to make friends with the other kids that where in the Academy with him. And so even at a young age Hirashi spent every day training to learn and control himself.

Genin
At the age of 7 Hirashi graduated the Ninja Academy. He even managed to make a friend or two. Since during his time at the Academy he managed to learn and make friends. And so he was put on a squad with two other Genin from his Squad. A boy name Nash, and a boy name Nax. These two boys where best friend and two of the boys that did not like Hirashi in the academy. And so at firs the three boys did not get along but after a while they would learn to get together. And so after a while the three boys would learn to get together.

Chuunin
During his time at the free lands, Hirashi's bodyguard Kin would help to train Hirashi in the way of the sword even more since Hirashi was very found in the way of the sword. Kin would also go to help Hirashi learn about the world. . He would become a Chuunin threw order of his father. And so when Hirashi was 14 his father would let him return to the village since he figured that Hirashi was becoming a great ninja . And so when Hirashi returned he would take a test to prove he was skill level.

Jounin
And so at 15 Hirashi would take the test to become the next rank passing with flying colors. This was something that made his father proud. But Hirashi did not feel that he was well trained in the art of the sword. And so he would ask his father if he could leave the village on a journey to train himself in the way of the sword. And since his father was very fond of Hirashi and the way he used the sword he allowed Hirashi to do so. And so Hirashi would spend 3 years traveling and training in the way of the sword.

Wandering
An so Hirashi has still yet to return to Suna as he is out training to become a better swordsman.And so during this time Hirashi would come to join a group that had evil intint though he had his personal reasons for joining.

This technique was supposed to seal the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle in its own dimension, permanently. Puppets can have these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight. Interestingly, objects with seals on them can be sealed in other seals, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.

Description: This jutsu is used to suppress jutsu-induced marks on a person. Marks of weaker power can be completely suppressed by this jutsu alone, but for marks of higher power like Sasuke Uchiha's Cursed Seal of Heaven, this seal is dependent on the recipient's willpower to some extent. It is also capable of holding back certain Kekkei Genkai, such as that of the Kurama clan as seen when Kurenai tried to do this.

This seal requires a number of hand seals and a large amount of chakra to be performed. Preparation for this jutsu requires two concentric circles with kunai placed in intervals along the circumference, in addition to a number of characters written in blood that radiate out from the center of the curse seal.

According to Kakashi, this jutsu is quick, but painful. The seal can be removed at any time by the caster or whoever the seal is on, as demonstrated during Sasuke's battle with Naruto in the Valley of the End. Since this seal does rely on the will of the individual on to whom its placed the affected may be able to just will it away without an unsealing jutsu.

Description: This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "Forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the five tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.

Even if the barrier is broken, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately.

Description: The Eight Trigrams Sealing Style, consisting of two Four Symbols Seals, was used by Minato Namikaze to help Naruto Uzumaki access the chakra of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox sealed within him. To perform the technique, the user must first summon a ceremonial throne, and place the target on it.

He claimed it was designed to hold an imprint of this seal's user (as well as the chakra and personalities of other people that the sealer chooses) as a fail-safe. These imprints (As in the case of Minato and Kushina Uzumaki) have the capacity to recede the Nine-Tails' activity and interaction with Naruto, as well as talking to him for a limited amount of time. This seal weakens over time. As such, to strengthen the seal again when it gets too weak, Minato drew a key on the abdomen of the scroll toad Gerotora.
When Orochimaru used the Five Elements Seal on Naruto, this created an imbalance due to an odd-numbered seal being placed over an even-numbered one. As a result, Naruto not only lost access to the Nine-Tails' chakra, but also had difficulty controlling his own, until Jiraiya removed it.

Description:
The Red Judgement Blade style is a primarily offensive style utilizing a
lot of chakra control and speed. Thus, only Chuunin can begin to learn
it, and it requires at least 15% passive speed boost to learn or use
(This can easily be attained through Tai weights, or through Special
Characteristics).
The style is mostly Kenjutsu-based and has 3 different forms/stances, and 1 "forbidden" one.
When
the Makka Hantei Yaiba no Yooshiki is first learned, the ninja may pick
either; Executioner Stance or Tormentor Stance, to have for free.

The Executioner:
The first and likely easiest of the stances. The Executioner stance is
designed for minimal movement and heavy well-aimed, well-timed strikes.
The Tormentor: The rogue-like stance. It involves high mobility and dexterity, as well as painful torturous strikes and a few combos.
The Blood Angel:
A style requiring prior knowledge of the previous two Stances, to
learn. This stance involves a mix of the Executioner and the Tormentor.
However the stance is much more advanced; so too, are the techniques
within it. Use of combos and/or 'chains' is more fluent in this stance.
Kinshi Tachiba•Hrikai Odorimasu:
Known as the Forbidden Hrikai Dancing stance or "Dance of Hrikai," by
its practice. This stance requires knowledge on the past three stances
as well as 3 jutsu from each, before this can be taught. This stance
cannot be learned and is only taught by Hrikai or by founders of this
style. The Hrikai stance is similar to the Blood Angel stance, with the
added grace of 'dancing' and the use of mirages and berserkers.

This style can also be used by Hakkari cultists while in their final form.
Practitioners
of this style often have different arrangements of piercings do denote
their martial skill and rank. Initiates often have nothing or a simple
lip piercing. Once the Executioner stance is learned, they gain a bull
septum. Once the Tormentor stance is learned, they gain a labret on
either side. Once the Blood Angel stance is learned, they gain a bridge.
Learning all the jutsu in a particular stance counts as mastery of that
stance, and they gain a white lip ring. Mastery in all three grants a
red industrial, similar to Pein's, on either ear. Practitioners of the
Dance of Hrikai stance have their earlobes gauged to no less than 1".
This is just of course the tradition, like belts, and does not necessarily get followed by some few.
History:
Hrikaixakatzu is the combination of master Itazu Mitsukai Katasaruru's
soul, infringed with a copy of kami Hakkari's own. With such ancient
wisdom and habits, combined with her own experiece, Itazu devised a
martial style following sword-to-sword or sword-to-weapon combat. The
style reflected not only on her unique Kenjutsu fighting style but her
fighting personality as well.
Scrolls for teaching the style however and its three stances can be found at the training grounds of every Great Nation.

Two things:

1.) You need to take off "Weaponry" and put Kenjutsu, they are two different things and you have both. Pick one specialty and then remove the other that you aren't using. Thank you.

2.) Name: Flaw of Genjutsu
Rank: Elite
Description: Because Hirashi hates Genjutsu and has never botherd to really learn about the art he is unable of breaking free from a S rank Genjutsu using the art of Kai, and must have assistance or use Pain to break free

This isn't a useable flaw, you aren't good at genjutsu and you character has never learned it. Its not one of you specialties so obvious you can't fight against it. If you want to say you have 30% less chakra control, and thus you can't counter genjutsu that is fine. But not being good at genjutsu isn't a flaw its part of obvious character design.


So fix these things until then.. UNAPPROVED

Weaponry involves weapons A sword is a Weapon, and unless Pendo decides to change things from what the rule was last time it is good

All characters can fight genjutsu Kai is a Academy jutsu that everyone has. my flaw is a very big one it is also the flaw that this character has has all 3 times he was approved

He isn't right about the weaponry and kenjutsu part, either. They are two separate specialties. You must have the specialty to use the techniques, we went over that when we talked about starting weapons. Kenjutsu techniques fall under their own category of specialty, while weaponry is more projectile. So that needs to be changed as well, its why they are different specialties.

Special Abilities: The Dragon Katana's are very unique. Birth dragon is able to phase threw solid objects when Hirashi puts his chakra into it(A). This makes it perfect for going threw things like armor. Though some armor that have chakra abilities are able to stop it. Young dragon's special ability that when it is swung sends out waves of fire. By Hirashi channeling his chakra into it he may also send a burst of fire at targets(Chakra amount varies on size). And Legend Dragon the last of the 3 swords is able to expand it self to up to 20 meters. It will move at 35 mph when it is changing its size
Origin: These three swords were special made by a blade master in a strange land of grass. It is unknown who the blades were made for. Because before the blades could make it to there owner the delivery boy would be killed and the swords would be taken by 3 bandits each banded took one sword. And so during Hirashi's time traveling in other lands he would come across the 3 bandits and kill them and take the sword.

at the ranges for the burst of fire for the young dragon, with how much chakra you use etc

like 10 metres c rank chakra etc.

They say weaponry because the site they were made on, and the fact some can be used with more then one weapon. (Note the style has been approved multiple times here)

As for the sword its not a range attack its a close attack the burst of fire will get bigger depending on the chakra infused

He can deactivate the flames at will, however, even if his arms are hit with water when the flames are off; he still has to wait 3 posts before bringing the flames back online But with the flames are on his hands Elendril's punches are able to do double damage threw the physical damage plus the damage from the fire. Note: The physical damage from the punch is not increased. It is still at it's normal power. By double it means dealing two damages at once. Niraahi iS aslo able to take this to with his swords adding the flames to his swords to increase there power.

Description:
In Wana-Shokeishimasu, the ninja must first grab an opponent's arm or
clothing with both hands and attempt to either pull them close/swing
them around. The ninja's blades will use chakra to hover and
consequently lunge themselves forward into the opponent's back/chest at
A35/S65mph. One blade can be controlled at A rank and two at S rank (or
double for daggers/knives/blades shorter than 20in.).

This technique allows the ninja to make a perfect tangible clone of
themseles out of one of their weapons. The weapon must be B ranked or
higher. The clone itself will not be destroyed instantly by anything
below B rank/A rank. When the clone is killed or dismissed, the blade
will reappear in its place and fall to the ground.

Description:
This jutsu in the Tormentor Stance causes any wounds caused during its
use by the ninja's bladed weapons [during the post it is used], to burn
the flesh of the afflicted opponent. Chakra flows from the ninja's hands
and exits into the opponents' body through the blade on impact. At B
rank, the wound and the immediate area around it receives 3rd degree
burns; At A rank, it burns a one-foot area around the wound and the
wound itself in the 2nd degree; At S rank, this jutsu causes the entire
stricken limb to receive 1st degree severe burns to the wound and 2nd
degree burns throughout the rest of the limb/skin.

Description:
With this jutsu in the Tormentor branch, the ninja will lunge their
blade into the ground. It will suck into the earth and travel at high
speeds underground. The ninja can make it travel underneath an opponent
and shoot up at 35mph to impale their opponent from below. Thus, only
sensor-type nin or high ranking Earth users can predict this technique
by sensing the blade's movement underground before it's well within
range.

Description:
When the Rend technique is used, blade wounds made by the ninja for
1/2/4 posts will be cleanly sliced and cannot clot, requiring their
opponent to stop the bleeding or seek medical attention to avoid
bleeding to death from more severe gash wounds that might be inflicted
by this jutsu.

Description:
When this technique is used, chakra from the ninja comes out and makes
several holographic replicas of their blade(s) that hovers staticly
around the blade in proximity. They appear to be red and 'glitchy', and
turn up to 75% invisible when the blade is not in movement. Each replica
is only B ranked and extremely sharp. The amount of blades replicated
is 4/7/10replicas; the effective length of the jutsu is 1/2/4 posts.
This technique can be cast on a second blade in the opposite hand at the
same time by only paying an extra one rank less than the original cost.

This jutsu is very efficient, but hard to utilize often due to the
requirement of blood in the area needed as the teleporting medium. When
the jutsu is activated, the blade will enter a puddle or splatter of
blood (of equal diameter to the blade in question), and re-emerge out of
another puddle or splatter of blood in range of the user. The effect
length is A1/S2 posts.

can be used with the casting of one use.

Description:
Using the ninja's own blood, they will charge it (spilled) with chakra
to form a solid sword or knives out of it, that looks like pure Ruby. Up
to 1S/2A/4B/6C/8D weapons can be made this way, they are all chakra
conductive in the case of this style's jutsus. All weapons created this
way cannot leave the topic (unless sealed or trained).

Name: Snake Body Binding Technique

Description: After performing a hand sign the user will be able to stretch their necks up to a long range close to their opponents. They are able to stretch out limbs or any part of their bodies to reach to opponents or to bind them. An academy student would be able to strecth any part of their bodies to about 4 feet longer. A genin is 6 feets, chuunin would be 10 feets and A rank would be about 15 feet in length. An S rank would be able top stretch up to about 20 feets. [spoiler]


Change these to Kenjutsu for starters... Also you only get 5 s rank technique so please chose. Also don't just drop the rank to A rank. Thank you.

He is correct about the styles and such. You could keep them if you simply nerf them down to A rank and call it a day.

To clarify just changing the rank isn't going to cut it. They need to be A rank level kenjutsu.
