by We will be conducting the Second activity check here on Shinobi generations, for both our role play characters and our discord members. This check is to ensure that all of our active role players are accounted for, and that all of the stuff that is no longer getting used can be cleaned up properly. If you have an approved character that you wish to continue using, it is important to reply to this check so that your character and any of their belongings do not become archived. And as for our discord members, anyone who currently does not have an active character will need to express direct interest in getting one started, or they may also be removed from the discord.
If your character gets archived, it will be locked, but we will keep it on hand in case you do wish to return. Your character will keep anything they currently own, however any slots they were taking up will be cleaned and made open once more. Any reward items they may have been in possession of will go back into the reward pool. Our discord members, if you are removed, can 100% rejoin us again at any point you wish to dive into the role play.
In order to survive the check for on site characters, you must reply to this topic with a link to any and all characters you wish to keep active. At the end of this check if a character is not accounted for here, it will be archived. This goes for everyone, so do not assume just because you are active that you do not need to post here. For discord, if you currently have an approved character and you reply here, you do not need to reply on Discord. However, if you do not have a character on site, you must reply to the discord post or risk being removed. Exceptions to this rule can be made if an ADMIN is informed of any reasons why you may need to be absent, for example illness or real life issues. Other than those minor exceptions, everyone is up for check.
