Appearance:High pressure stream of water expelled from the mouth

Backstory:

Range:Long
Duration:1 post
Cool down3 post
Effect:After kneading chakra in the stomach and converting it into water, simuaneously the user spews it out as a high pressure stream(like a fire hose) that is powerful enough to cut cleanly through several thick trees with ease. Speed 60 Strength 50
Although this is A-rank technique. Raushom gates could block it (Brank) Doton walls unless metal strong aren't ideal but a multiple layer earth wall would work

note that once shot you can't change the path. The jutsu caster can fire up to an additional two jets of water in a single post. But doing so will cost an A-rank amount of chakra +15. You'll need a one post charge up, and the other 2 extra jets don't need charging.

Requirements:The user must stand with one foot infront of the other to brace themselves for the recoile and have strength of at least 30.

Please re-do the template. It's a bit effed up lol.

1. Would the kneading require a 1 post charge up or instantaneous?

2. How will it affect someone if it were to hit someone? Fractures or what? How fast does it travel? Any way to block it?

The human is not as strong as tree. A person would just need an adequate defensive technique. Hand sign then the attack comes out after one post its gone

Yes, but trees are rooted into the ground and thus easier to break through than a human, who is not rooted to the ground.

Please give it a speed relative to the stat system and a strength relative to the stat system.

1. Must the rest of the jet water spew be consecutive, or can I cast it after a post or so?

2. Please insert that any jets other than the first one require 15 + the original cost per jet.

3. You still haven't answered my question about how will it affect a person? How much can it travel/knockback a person? The definition of "Long" isn't really specific xD

I said the caster can use up to three per post. Therefore they can't save the other streams for later.

Damage depends other people HP. I did say that it cuts trees. Therefore its cutting damage

(Im tired and just waking up I will fix the code and chakra cost later if there is nothing else after you read the above)

Cutting damage? So no knockbacks? Only piercing through? If so, insert that the user will have to first lock on to a location, and launch the attack, taking some time to load it up. Something like reload time. You'll need a one post charge up, and the other 2 extra jets doesn't need one. Just as a warning to tell others.

If something is stronger than you hits it will knock you back. But it is to situational. HP other jutsu strength direct hit vs indirect.

A person with high hit points/durable body would not get pierced or minimally therefore getting knock back. I EVERYTHING you asked for. Are you 100% firm on the other two blast costing A-ranked chakra plus an additional 15.
