Saiyora's most defining feature is his long, shaggy blue hair that is kept in a ponytail that hangs about knee length at the most. He has a slim faceline, and owns amber colored eyes. He generally wears a japanese ronin style outfit, wearing a black hakama with long sleeves and red trimmings. The sleeves end in between his thumb and pointer finger, and the sleeves have four finger holes on each sleeve, like a stereotypical ninja. Above this he wears a slight grey short sleeve loose fitting opened shirt that is waist length and tied together by a white obi sash, which holds his shinobi headband.. The shirt has gold and red trimmings around the sleeves and bottom. His pants consist of red, shortened hakamas that stop below the knee, while his calves are adorned by black shinobi leggings. He typically wears the standard shinobi footwear. All over his body there are many burn scars from his special technique, besides his face. He typically doesn't carry standard ninja tools, and on a pouch on his back side, it contains a scroll for his Kubikiribocho.

Personality: Overall, Saiyora is a cold, stoic, yet carefree guy. He tends to not take things as serious as he should, which tended for him to get lectured by his superiors, especially by his clan members. Saiyora's philosophy tends to be that things that are rushed tend to end quickly, and that for something to have worth, it must last. This is seen in his everyday mannerisms as he takes longs amount of times to get to meetings and dates, etc. Luckily he makes up for this in his effort at being a shinobi. He lives by his codes of teamwork, and believes that those who don't work together should be dead. This of course doesn't mean he can tolerate everyone. Saiyora can lose his temper occasionally, usually from being annoyed or the lost of something. Saiyora has been known to wreck establishment because of anger, and as such tries to keep composure

Saiyora also tends to be quite flirty with women, which has cost him large amounts of money in the past. He respects women, especially kunoichi, as it reminds him a lot of his mother. He can easily be manipulated by women, but he tries not to, especially on the field of battle or when money is involved.

Saiyora is an avid fan of art, especially music and sword forging. Saiyora will spend large amounts of time playing music, such as guitar, and also spends hours tending to his blades. He holds little respect to those who don't take care of their weapons, as he views them not as tools, but as part of the body. He views combat as a form of art, and likes to take his time, such as analyzing an opponent. He tends not to rush into combat as one might think, and prefers to test the waters instead.

When it comes to his opponents or others in general, he believes everyone has potential, and as such, he does not underestimate his opponents. He believes that everyone deserves a second chance, and due to this, he might not fight seriously sometimes. He tends to not use his blade as much as a swordsman might, as when he does, the fight might end too quickly. When he is forced to, however, he tends to give praise to his opponent, and believes they have much potential.

-Bloodline Description: Using a delicate balance of Raiton and Fuuton, a member of the Sattoutaki clan can attune oneself to the use of Ion Release. By creating an electrical field using raiton and fuuton to create gases like hydrogen or nitrogen, the gas can become a superheated, tangible form, and by containing it in a electromagnetic field, can be used to attack or defend. By applying intense heat and electricity, the electrodensity of the gas atoms is increased by 10^24, allowing for the gas to be tangible. Since the ionized atoms generally react with each other, large portions of plasma can be contained and maintained for use given the right skill and practice. Although the plasma cannot reach the excesses of 7000 Kelvin like stars can, the maximum heated created at excess of 2000 kelvin can sear flesh and vaporize water. By reconfiguring the magnetic field, the gas can be made as sharp as a blade or as dense as a shield. The heat of the plasma and density is dependent on the skill of the user. Each user generally has their own color of plasma, and is generally a good identification

The density of the ionized plasma is strong enough to withstand steel and can withstand elemental attacks. Users can also use for transportation, although the plasma is cooled as to not burn oneself. If gases not created by the user are in the vicinity, one can use it to supplement their own reserves, although it must be in the vicinity and be an ionizable gas such as the inert gases or other gaseous elements. Generally the plasma can be moved at about 45 kph and are quite agile.

A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.

The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.




















History:

Day of Birth: June 27

Saiyora was born into the Sattoutaki clan on the first day of the clan's "Festival of the Stars", being born to the clan head, Makai Sattoutaki(father) and a woman outside the clan, Kiryu Yami. It is said Saiyora got his awfully blue hair from his father. Saiyora was raised almost like a noble even as a toddler, and was treasured, hoping that he would take over the clan. Saiyora didn't really want to take over as the clan head, and preferred staying outdoors and fishing. He was generally punished for this behavior, and as a result, he didn't get along with his father as much. Around the age of six it was determined that Saiyora was a prime canidate to learn Ion Release, the clan's kekkai genkai. Saiyora was then given the opportunity to go to the Academy, in order to gain the necessary skills to learn his clan's techniques.

In the academy, Saiyora was an above average student, scoring high in ninjutsu and weaponry, yet failing in genjutsu. It was the academy where Saiyora began to hate genjutsu users, as it involved trickery. Saiyora graduated from the academy at age 9, earlier than most, and was assigned to a squad of three. His jonin didn't really stick around much, and he didn't bother to learn his name. His two other partners, a male name Taki and a girl name Tsukino, were rather polite to him. He didn't quarrel with them ever, and they were like friendly rivals to him. Around this time Saiyora began to learn basic wind and Lightning techniques, as to prepare himself for his kekkai genkai. He was first able to use his Ion Release when he was 13 years old. He had used it to stop an attacker while on a difficult mission, but Taki had taken a large amount of damage. Taki's dreams of being a shinobi were gone, as his injuries crippled him. Taki still blames Saiyora for his condition to this day, and as a result, he stopped going to visit him. At some point he had heard he left the village, but he never bothered to pursue him. Tsukino and Saiyora kept completing missions with his jonin, as when he was fourteen, he began to strive to join the Seven Swordsman of the Mist. along with Ion Release, he trained extensively in kenjutsu, and used a tanto till he became a jonin.

After a while, Saiyora was enlisted into the Chuunin exams. Having trained a lot, he felt prepared. Saiyora and Tsukino had made the preliminaries, and passed the written exam. As the matches were being held, Saiyora effortlessly breezed through his battle, having spared the life of his opponent. Although Tsukino had more trouble with hers, she passed as well. Saiyora began to show affection for her, although she declined his advances. Now a Chuunin at age 14, Saiyora began to go on missions without their jonin.

At age 19, Saiyora had gained enough reputation in the village, and was promoted to Jonin status, as well as Tsukino. The two were often sent into territory behind enemy lines. After a mix up however, Saiyora got bogged down behind an elite force. Although he volunteered to stay, he was forced to go by Tsukino after she professed her love. After spending three days of making his way to the village, she was listed MIA, as no clear evidence of her death was provided. Saiyora became more distant and quiet, and often spent time alone, especially in training in kenjutsu and his clan's more advanced techniques. He had ditched the tanto after the horrible mission, and began to study some of the blades the Seven swords man used. He would later gain recognition from the group, and was invited to learn from them.

Saiyora, now 23, had become a full fledged member of the Seven Swordsman. He was given the Kubikiribocho, the Guillotine blade, as his sword. His use of it, along with his avid use of Ion Release, made him a name in the shinobi world as the Red Star of Kirigakure. It was around this time his body's nerve ending became numb from the ion release, and he used it to his advantage in combat, even though he noticed his speed decline.

Saiyora, now three years into the Seven Swordsman, had replaced his father as the clan head, Makai stepping down to live his few years left in peace and solitude. Saiyora also became renown for being in charge for the Festival of stars every year in his village, wanting to bring prosperity to his clan once more.

It had been a long trip. Sunagakure was a great place to go on vacation from time to time, but the dry air killed him compared to the dense humid air of the Land of Water. The sun was awfully high in the sky, and by now, the fog that blanketed the outskirts of the Land of Water were starting to block out the rays of the day. He kept on walking, not bothering to avoid the puddles as he just could walk on them. However, the puddles were very weird. Great care was taken to keep these roads dry for caravans. If a caravan got bogged down here, they risked the chance of raiders or highwaymen that liked to sit in the forests and plunder anything that walked by. Saiyora furrowed his brow some as he turned to make eye contact with several men, armed to the teeth with kusarigamas and katanas. They all looked ragged and malnourished, but even a thin dog will fight. The puddles had disappeared, meaning they had disguised themselves. Pretty clever, but very textbook.

Saiyora's reflexes had already kicking in, as the man in the foreground had launched his kusarigama's chain at him. With a swipe of his hand, a large cloud of fluorescent looking substance extended like a lance out of his wrist, easily slicing the chain with extreme heat. He continued to extend it outward as he bifurcated the man's weapon, making it useless. The spear even went as far to piece the man's shoulder, as he howled in pain. As the lance retracted, the wound was immediately cauterized, and the man felt flat on his back, passed out from shock.

"W-What the hell was that!?"

Saiyora had began to take a scroll out of his pocket, as he unraveled it, a large cloud of smoke forming. As the smoke blew away, he stood there, leaning on the monstrous blade that looked like a cleaver. He sighed, looking to the men.

" You should pay attention to the world around you more often.."


Between the men he heard a lot of ambient chatter, things being mumbled like "Seven", "Swordsman". Not wasting anytime, Saiyora kickedt he blade up and charge, easily swiping out the feet of the man closest to him, Placing his foot on the man's chest with a thud, he slammed the blade down next to the man's head, only managing to take his ear off. Hearing the man curse, he looked to the other men.

"I think you gentlemen should get a real profession."

The men began to drop their weapons and disperse, as he sealed Kubikiribocho back into his scroll. He would turn back in the direction he was heading, as the men had fled. Day's like this were pointless. He wasn't a life coach, so why did it seem like he had to steer bandits like these on the right direction?. He kept traveling. In the far distance, he could make out the village's gate, as he grinned. He was gonna take a long nap, that was for sure.

Description: As Saiyora can use more Ion techniques than a normal user, using the ability to use an extra technique increases his time to wait and use his kekkai genkai. When using Hydrogen Supplement, he must wait longer (by one post) to use an Ion technique or risk severe damage.
Can you explain in detail how this works for me. I am a little confused as to how this is a flaw.

Appearance: Steel boots, with katon and raition seals all over it.
Description: These boots are able to withstand any amount of heat. They are unable to metal not matter the flame or roasting material they come into contact with. But they are heavy, being made from steel and infused with various chakras and seals. But on the base of the shoes is a seal from the Sattoutaki clan, which allow ion chakra to be release. This allow the user to release their ion chakra which has enough force and heat to lift them off the ground. At the cost of D rank chakra each turn the shoes are in use, the user is is able to fly. They move at their normal speed, but are able to move in the air, as the rocket evens out the weight of the boots. The user is also able to use the boots as an attack able to release B rank chakra to fire two massive torches at 1010 celsius. This also allows them to boost forward in a straight line. This boost can only be used 3 times in a thread.
